#### 山間の小さなホテルでのんびり お部屋の隅の方は床に埃が溜まっていたのと、トイレの清掃が少し足らない印象を受けました。残念です。また、廊下が暗すぎるのでもう少しだけ明るいと良いです。宿泊したお部屋の内風呂は源泉かけ流しでいつでも入浴できとてもリラックス出来ました。貸切風呂も３名までならゆったり利用出来そうな広さ、半露天で清々しい朝風呂を頂きました。温泉は肌に柔らかい感触でボディクリームを塗らなくてもその日はスベスベでした。寝具も自分に合うか心配でしたが心地良かったです。ホテルと最寄り駅間を快く直ぐに送迎のご対応頂いて大変助かりました。フロント、レストランのスタッフの皆さんは丁寧で笑顔が絶えず素敵だなと思いました。朝食夕食共に盛り付けや器が清潔・綺麗で全て美味しかったです。 Aug 2021 Liked: Staff & service, room comfort Disliked: Cleanliness #### 値段に釣り合わず… スイートを利用。 座敷部分の座布団がくたびれてる。 部屋内の洗面所とシャワールームの間の床が朽ちかけているのか踏むと沈み、シャワーを浴びているだけで洗面所まで水が溢れる。 フロントの男性の接客はよかったが、レストランの店員さんは海外の方が何名かいらっしゃって、皆さん小さな声で慣れない日本語を早口で話されるので、全然聴き取れなかった。頑張りは伝わるが、あれでは接客にならない。 朝食は半分がバイキング形式なのだが、にんずが多すぎて密になっていた。先着にするなど工夫が必要だと思う。 やはりウェルカム演奏が欲しかった！それだけが残念でした。 一階の貸切露天風呂も３つあり タイミングが合えば 気兼ねなく独り占め出来ます フリードリンクマシーンがあったのは 嬉しい！ 部屋風呂が半露天の檜風呂 大きくてびっくり〜 大浴場に 入らなくても 大満足でした！ 向こう側に登山電車や道路がある はずですが 見えませんでしたね 食事処も 半個室？ お隣のスペースのお子さんたちの声はきこえました。 食事も 見計らっての配膳で 私達には 丁度良いテンポでした 少し多かったので 量は自分でセーブ 朝食もバイキングだけでも良いのではないかな…一人づつ配膳されたので 無駄にならない様に バイキングは控え目に調整
