"We loved this condo! The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything we needed for the beach was there to use (chairs, cooler, bag, and all kinds of floats & toys). "The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water)."

"This was the first time we stayed at Estrella Del Mar 001 and had a wonderful time. The location was close to everything but not too close where it got too loud. We got to meet a few of the other residents near us and got along well with all. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing space with a spacious living room to entertain or play cards this was a real treat!"

"The suite was really nice, had everything we needed. Phenomenal location, quiet end of 5th. The only downside of this suite that couldn’t be controlled is there isn’t a lot of natural light. The pool was wonderful and warm and not busy at all."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! It is not in the hotel zone, but near Ultramar Ferry in Puerto Juarez. Take the ferry to Isla Mujeres...you won't be disappointed. The owner quickly answered all questions we had, gave restaurant recommendations, etc. We enjoyed having a lengthy conversation with her the day we checked out. We would definitely come again. The view from the condo is amazingly beautiful and peaceful ❤️."

"This is a great condo and awesome location. Everyone, from the Manager, on-site facility team, and transportation are top notch. "Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location."
