It was very hot and humid during our stay (about 3C above average for January), so the plunge pool was very popular! Communication was easy via whatsapp, and we managed to understand each other despite the fact I don’t speak any French :)"

"The villa is very airy and opens right up to the beautiful view of the ocean. We woke up to a gorgeous sunrise every morning and ended our nights with a glorious afterglow from the sunset. Most amazing part of our stay was the large infinity pool with the ocean sounds as our background music and perfect weather every day. "

"This property was was just what we were looking for. Lots of space to relax and get together and still be able to have quiet time alone. The view is awesome, you can see a long way! Up on the hill so you get great breezes which is nice when it get hot - pool is a blessing at this time as well. The location was great for us, close to the amenities we needed and lots of great beaches. Highly recommend. would stay again no problem. - one caution - get a SIM card for your phone that allows voice...

"Very nice house located in a quiet resort. The location is perfect for visiting both islands for hiking, diving, beaches, museums etc, Nice porch, pool and garden. We cooked almost daily and the kitchen worked very well. Grocery store requires driving by car. We had the bad luck that the water distribution agency had a bigger problem than normal so we had for almost 4 days no water. JeanFrancois has been keeping us up to date and tried to accommodate us. "Hotel was lovely, generally. Staff very friendly and hardworking Locality beautiful Breakfast lovely Evening buffet - food often luke warm Negatives Queues too long at beach bar - up to 30 minutes for a drink- desperately needs more staff as they were rushed off their feet. Reception needs a map of the area- had no idea that we could walk to other beaches from hotel until last day. (we had not hired a car) Not told we could do activities independently by reception. eg. We wanted to go whale watching - this is only available on a Sunday and were 'put off' doing it individually as it was 'so far away'. Turns out you can do in next town. Hotel really quiet one night - turns out there was a band in the next hotel - no information about this Toilet paper needs a hold in room bathrooms as sitting on the sink it gets splashed by taps - just a small thing!"
