Paradise for a week

The property had everything we needed for a fabulous family reunion over New Years Eve! The view was unbelievable a d the pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. Our host was excellent and made sure we knew all the details for the house. We loved cooking in the well appointed kitchen and eating on the patio.

This is a nice house on a hill overlooking the beach in a very safe area, 300-400 m walk to the beach with a beautiful view of the beach. It has private swimming pool and a really great patio with big table and beach chairs but covered from sun or rain. Minimal amount of mosquitoes is also a plus.

Fantastic view!

We had a lovely time at this villa with our family including 6 adults, one 3 year old and one 3 month old. The set up with the lovely big terrace right beside the pool was perfect for small children because it is very safe with a fence around the pool but easily accessible to the terrace. We were able to find good take out food nearby and spent most of our time on the terrace enjoying that amazing view. We went to the beach which was fun but after the walk back up the hill we had to jump in the pool to cool off! Great spot for a family get together.

Super villa avec plage privée !

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos : une vue magique et une piscine au top. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits après avoir exploré la basse-terre, exactement ce que nous recherchions pour le farniente avant de repartir en métropole. Jean-François qui nous a accueilli a été très réactif et soucieux de notre confort (merci!). La petite plage en bas de la résidence était parfaite et sans sargasse (il y en avait partout sur les plages autour !). La localisation est top pour aller à la pointe de châteaux, aux belles plages de Ste Anne, à St François (très bons restos) ... la météo ne nous a pas permis d'aller à Petite Terre, mais on la voit depuis la maison. La maison est bien équipée, on trouve facilement des commerces autour. Pensez simplement à prévoir quelques produits de base, si les locataires avant n'en ont pas laissé !

Splendide séjour dans la villa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. Très bon accueil de Perrine qui a tout le temps été disponible quand nous en avions besoin! L’agencement et l’aménagement de la maison sont parfaits pour 6 à 8 personnes. La literie dans chaque chambre est très confortable ce qui est très appréciable. La vue panoramique sur la mer depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle, cela a été un bonheur de s’émerveiller tous les jours devant ces paysages magnifiques. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié et profité de la piscine privative qui est très bien sécurisée pour les enfants. La plage privée qui se trouve à 5-10 mn à pied de la maison est également très agréable. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter !

La maison est très grande, bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. La grande terrasse et la piscine sont un réel atout, la vue est sublime. Excellent accueil de Jessica sur place. Il y a une plage privée accessible à 5min et pied, mais attention à la pente. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite il y a la possibilité de demander un accès pour se garer au parking à côté de la plage, c'est très pratique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L’annonce et les photos sont conformes. Le propriétaire ainsi que Jessica et Jean-Francois sont aux petits soins. La vue est époustouflante depuis la cuisine, la terrasse et la piscine.
