The hotel itself was very clean with good facilities but our room would have benefitted from a bit of modernisation and tlc. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the garden. The food served was fresh and varied. Overall a good base to explore Guadeloupe

Attention, alors que nous croyions avoir loué un hôtel, il s'agit plutôt d'un appartement privé dans un hôtel. La prise en charge a donc été très pénible.
Sinon, l'appartement (ou plutôt la grande chambre) est très bien. Propre et bien équipé.
L'hôtel offre plusieurs services, mais vous n'aurez pas accès à tout si vous n'avez pas le bracelet approprié.
Nous étions en basse saison, alors plusieurs restos fermés ou à heures réduites. Très chers.
Presque pas d'animation.
POINT FORT : Le personnel est génial. Gentil, courtois, efficace et toujours souriant
POINT FAIBLE : Ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel, mais la plage est un désastre. Immensément de sargasse. Et de toute façon, la partie délimitée est peu profonde et a de gros massifs rocheux. Ne comptez pas y nager.

Nice property, good location. Some minor issues with the room were very quickly fixed by staff. Restaurant is good and breakfast buffet is excellent.

"The apartment was in good condition but it was unexpected not to have windows (other than a shuttered one in the kitchen to the inner foyer area). And the listing clearly says microwave (there wasn’t one) and laundry facilities (there were but not for guest access). That last was a huge issue but ..."
