The night manager appeared more concerned about the impact on the next booking rather than our comfort & we had no alternative but to leave in the morning without showering…."

My only mild criticism is better information on parking prior to check in would be a plus. A secured garage is under the hotel and available for $20 Euro per might. I'd stay there again, both for the hotel and the ancient attractions of Matera."
