"Clean spacious room. Easy to get to and close to the airport."

"The door had little soundproofing. My room was across from some kind of club room, staff were clanking bottles and what sounded like power washing tubs or buckets from 10 to 11pm. Not great for a 4am wake up."

"The receptionist name was Dhruti. We are arrived 2hrs before checking in time. Dhruti was happy and helpful to welcome us. We checked in without delay, nothing seemed too much trouble for this lady. We hope the Manager reads this message, front of house staff are really important and Dhruti sets a high standard for customer service."

"This is a terribly dated hotel, the staff barely seem to speak English, the room was grubby, the window didn’t close (or open) properly, the bathroom was dirty, the shower took about ten minutes to warm up, the bed was rock hard and the sheets were dirty. Add to that the breakfast you paid for turns out only to be the continental and the hot breakfast (which looked terrible on others plates) is an additional cost. Avoid. "

"wasn't enough towels in room and cups for a 4 person room, 1 towel and 1 cup but the lady brought us the necessary amount of both, other than that it was a good stay."

"Staffs are helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the condition for the price they changed. The only disappointment was not related to the hotel but the shuttle bus. The bus driver told us he would not stop to this hotel and dropped us off in the middle of Bath road that made us walked for 20 mins to the hotel although we paid the full price of the shuttle service. We found the shuttle bus service sign right at the door entrance when we arrived at the hotel. Hope the hotel can relay this message to the shuttle bus service. Thanks. "

"The hotel itself is very good. But we used it for a preflight stay at 6am in the morning. They put us in a room directly behind the lifts and we didn’t get any sleep with the lift going up and down - then the hallway down slamming after everyone exited. They probably would have moved us if asked, but we got to the room at 10.30 and had to be awake at 3am. Just beware and check they don’t put you in that room!!"
