Cosy on a vinyard "Reggine", from the 18th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows and fields. 3 km from the centre of Panzano, 10 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: property with lawn, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (2.4 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop 3 km, indoor swimming pool 21 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Nearby attractions: Radda in Chianti 15 km, Siena 40 km, San Gimignano 40 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment (included). Groups of teenagers on request only. Terrace partly roofed terrace, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.
