Dear Mrs. Marilyn as we have already written to your other review posted on Trip advisor, and explained the procedure of how complicated the bookings from internet providers are sometimes. As almost every reservation has to be charged differently. We think that your remark concerning the procedure of payment was a bit too much. Please be assured that after we have talked to our receptionist, who by the way is working with us more than 30 years and her superior who was there and explained the situation to you, no one before has pointed out such a strong characterization. There was absolutely no intention to “steal” anything from you. Probably both didn’t explain thoroughly how complicated sometimes the payments system of internet bookings has become, which requires full concentration. Something our staff member didn’t have at that moment. However, our accounting department checks and controls twice every transaction made by our reception team and as explained before payments done from our guests booked through internet sometimes are very complicated. Once again, we thank you for leaving your review and again we need to high light that the term “thief” does not match and somehow offends the 50 years of business experience we have as a hotel enterprise.
