The apartment was immaculate on arrival, and our communication with the property manager was most helpful, including arranging for an early arrival. The car park five minutes away is convenient, and a walk of less than 20 minutes takes you into the heart of the university and all of the key sites...

"Excellent Location - on ring road. Well worth paying extra for parking spot. Broadband was as good as at home. Very clean & comfortable, with an outside space. Good communication re check in and being there to meet you. Nice touch to have a few essentials for when you arrive - bread, milk, butter, jam, cereals, Orange Juice, bottled water, biscuits. Would definitely recommend"

"They wouldn't give us access to the property and refused to refund our money! You have to pay them seperately for a deposit through a link they send you with your credit card - dicey and then it wouldn't take my US card so they wouldn't let us in after we paid for the whole stay on Expedia and refused to refund our stay when I cancelled on the spot. Nothing good to say, plus the area is a dump and the apt is located above a very dirty, grungy deli - not good!"

Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. "
