"The room was amazing, and the view facing the falls was absolutely stunning. One of my favorite things was how convenient everything is—you don’t even have to go outside to grab a Timmie’s coffee. The South Tower has the pool, which is great for easy access. One thing I noticed, though, is that staying on higher floors (like the 21st, which is above the pool level) made the room feel warmer and more humid. So if you’re sensitive to that, you might want to avoid floors above the pool level. The soaker tub with jets was incredible—definitely a highlight of the stay. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and all the staff were helpful and welcoming. If you want quicker access to the casino, I’d recommend staying in the South Tower. If you prefer a newer tower, there’s one with a great food court downstairs that offers more affordable options. I really loved how this hotel caters to different budgets—you can keep it affordable or go more upscale depending on what you want. This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the falls, and I will definitely be coming back. It’s so convenient and very family-friendly. 5 stars! ⭐️"

"Spent three nights with husband and teenage son over spring break. Young man who checked us in was not friendly, did not mention happy hour, or breakfast. He did not give us any information except room number. Breakfast staff was nice and polite. Recommend getting to breakfast early or there will be no seats available. Rooms were nice. Bed and bedding was wonderful. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Wish bathroom had exhaust vent. Location was very walkable. A lot of restaurants and stores close. Would highly recommend for families as my son was able to have his own space in suite. Would stay again. One more thing…parking was $80\. But that was because of 3 different taxes the city imposed. "
