It was convenient to restaurants and casinos if interested. Most activities in the summer months, but mid Sept perfect for us. Our primary interest was the dock situated right in front of the property since we have a boat. I'd recommend this is communicated if both upstairs and downstairs guests have a boat. Amenities, views, kayaks, and location were all amazing. My kids loved fishing off the docks and kayaking. The beach, restaurants, and stores are all within walking distance and we would go back and forth all day long. Pirates Weekend was also a blast (did not know this was happening until after we booked, pleasant surprise). The property is well mantained and everything was neat and clean.
