"We had a great stay in the apartment during the holidays for a rather impromptu family trip. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our group. Communication was quick & easy, apartment is as shown ("even better" according to one family member), location is great (walkable to restaurants, grocery, etc & quick access to 295). Would highly recommend it & would definitley consider staying here in the future!"

"Great little place in south Portland! Close to many parks, lighthouses, and driving distance to downtown. Parking downtown and in the old port area can be tricky and expensive though. "

"Munjoy Hill was the perfect location to explore Portland. The stairs were steep but the widows watch was worth it. Such a great view of the Bay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed."

"Nikoline's home was a great home base for a fun weekend exploring downtown Portland. Super clean, well-furnished and in a great location just a short walk away from lots of cool restaurants and bars in Old Port.Nikoline was very friendly and responsive. "This property is an absolute gem! It is well appointed, clean, and homey, with beautiful succulents placed all around. The property manager, Jennifer, was always just a text/phone call away and provided restaurant suggestions, which were very helpful.Back to the property: it is nestled amongst a quiet neighborhood of homes, some dating back 100 years. Walking from the house to the Old Port area was a pleasure. In fact, we walked everywhere and never drove our car during our stay.We all...
