"Warm welcome, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast selection. Exactly what was required for this trip"

"Excellent general stay at the hotel. Very clean and very modern only approximately five years old. Good choice in breakfast, hot and cold food. We stayed with our dog yet they did not have any dog bowls or anything. Also the Aircon was not working for many of the rooms on those couple of days which was a slight issue."

"Large spacious family room. Had all amenities. Powerful and hot shower room in need of modernisation. Sink broken and shower chipped and cracked. Towels clean but stained . Exterior looking rather shabby and dated as was the room. . No sound proofing of room, could hear neighbours alarms sounding off at 2.30am . Worst off all, there was drilling occurring at 4am in the neighbouring kitchen, which is really unacceptable, otherwise would have given a better score ."

"The Fellows House est un endroits parfait pour visiter Cambridge. Très confortable, plein d’attentions pour les voyageurs, nous avons adoré cet hôtel. La piscine à jets, le sauna, les excellents produits de toilette, le fantastique buffet de déjeuner et les services de thé et café à la chambre sont très appréciables. Le personnel y est attentif et chaleureux."

"We stayed here over a very busy May Day Bank Holiday. While we found hotel parking a bit pricey, we opted to park in the Premier Inn up the road, which was a convenient walk or a quick e-bike/scooter ride away. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, and the property was generally clean, though the bathroom did have some minor mould and water staining. While the check-in staff were a bit distant (neglecting to mention the local bus service), the real issue was the climate control. The air conditioning was broken, leaving the room uncomfortably hot, and a noisy fan that couldn't be turned off resulted in three nights of poor sleep. When we raised this, we were only offered a portable fan. We might consider staying again, but we’d definitely explore other options first."

"Comfortable overnight stay before an early morning flight. Granted accessible room as requested. Prompt check in and out. The only let down was the lack of gluten free options on the menu in the restaurant for our evening meal. It took 3 staff for me to explain my dietary needs for coeliac disease before finally being offered an adapted chicken dinner."
