"Staff were above and beyond helpful and chatty when checking in. Room was awesome, one minor niggle was that there was a knob broken on the light... it was usable but kept falling off. Was disappointed that the plants in the shower were plastic but appreciate there is no natural light. Roof was awesome. The lounge bar was fantastic didn't want to leave! Would definitely recommend and would like to go back and experience one of the fancier rooms with an outside balcony area"

"The only reason I didn't rate it excellent because the was the bed was too soft for us, although some may find that a benefit. Otherwise everything was excellent and no complaints. Staff were excellent. The location is good. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice. Very clean. Great value for a Saturday night in London."

"The staff were excellent! We were greeted with a warm welcome at check-in and every time we returned to the hotel. Staff were knowledgeable about the area and providing input on routes to take and places to go. The food at the hotel was good. I was extremely impressed when one of the staff called me by name when I was booking a second room for the stay. The hotel aesthetic was cool, modern, and attractively decorated! My only ding would be that the mattresses were too firm for my comfort level. The area had lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping. The Spitalfields Market was fun and lots of shopping variety! I would definitely recommend Aethos Hotel London!!!"

"This was the third Citizen M we'd visited, after Chicago & Boston. We arrived to find a welcome back card and drink voucher, which was a lovely touch! As always, the staff were great. Had a fab sleep & loved the disco shower 😂"

"This is an excellent hotel for what it is: small rooms for a good price, conveniently located. Clean, makes good use of the space, and a nice lobby with some food and drink options should you want to work or socialize. I've stayed as both a solo traveler and with my partner, no complaints! For me, it was worth the small charge to book a room with a window on this stay, but the inner rooms are fine; there's good lighting."

"I was travelling for business. It's a great location when visiting the Kings Cross / Euston area. The front desk experience facilitated by a gentleman called Shiv was excellent - warm, personable and authentic - a good ambassador for the hotel. Room was well appointed and more spacious than most. Made use of the restaurant - good food at reasonable prices. Would stay again"
