"Great place to spend a night,we had a room that had a view of Mont Blanc.Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt they were genuine and they were pleased that we had booked their hotel,was very impressed with the lady that greeted us on arrival and she showed us our room,she made us feel very welcomed and made us feel that we were very important. "Excellent stay in Chamonix for our 5 day ski trip. Loved the thoughtful touches such as free coffee, hot chocolate, and water refills. Helpful staff, spotless spa, and very attentive room cleaning and service. Only a short walk to the Sud bus station for ski buses and the Geneva airport bus"
