"We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend...

"Found the studio ok on the surface, but not up to usual Vrbo standards mainly because the ‘host’ was in contact remotely, so the problems we encountered were not able to be dealt with straight away. The shower was Luke warm and hardly more than a dribble, still not sorted after 2 nights. We were cold at night and requested blankets for the next night, but was dismissed via text as not being available. The kitchen sink didn’t have a working plug, so made washing pots difficult. "It is a good hotel ideally situated to see the cathedral and walk into the centre of Lincoln. Lovely staff. Lots of restaurants close by. Parking available although you have to pay even though you’re a guest! Recommended"

"Bar menu was very limited & the dining room was closed. The room was poor even though it was supposed to be an ‘executive double .’ I really don't think the room had been serviced correctly after the previous guest . I needed to ask for a clean duvet cover. That says it all. However , the receptionist was very pleasant and very helpful. Apparently the hotel is due to be refurbished & in my humble opinion that cant come soon enough . Great view though !! "

"It is a lovely hotel, very friendly staff, very attractive and modern interior, delicious food. Plus a great location! My only criticism is that it is time for the mattress we used to be replaced, it was quite thin and you could feel most of springs, not quite uncomfortable but definitely on it's way out."

"Breakfast was very good, good variety and hot. My wife is Lactose intolerant and wheat free. The staff were very helpful in making sure that she was given freshly cooked items. The room was clean ans Sraff very friendly. We didn't use the bar as were were attending an R.A.F. Reunion. The only disappointment was the cost of the car park."
