"Useful location with plenty of parking and easy access to main roads. Rooms are a little basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good value. Would happily recommend friends and visit again."

"Staff friendly Parking good Firm beds Aircon poor, only goes down to 18 degrees and frequently stops; as someone with a disability affected by heat this was unfortunate. TV says Netflix and YouTube but you can’t connect to sign in Vomit sprayed up wall by front door was gross Ideal for swift stay, pub next door is awful so plan ahead or use the restaurant, we didn’t use the restaurant, bar or breakfast so I can’t comment there"

"Lovely room just noisy through the night and had to leave at 8am as didn't know roads were closing for a marathon! We would have been stuck in the car park otherwise"

"It was ok. Room was on the small side and underwhelming view of 'the park' if you wake early, you can see the penguins. However, the park was EXCEPTIONAL and we had a great day. Hotel was ok, There was a staffing problem with the Kitchen but when the food came out it was lovely. Hotel reception staff could have been a little more helpful when income to recommending where to eat. Would stay again, but only if there was an offer on the room price. Air conditioning didnt work"

"Overall a good overnight stay with grand children . Food great staff fantastic however could do with some talc with decor and put you up bed only suitable to hold 2year old. Would benefit from an upgrade"
