"The apartment was perfect for my purposes. Everything I could have asked for. The only problem was that I didn’t receive any instructions to pick up the keys from hotels. com. Luckily the owner was there when I arrived. They were very helpful. I would highly recommend this for others."

"Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property."

"We had a wonderful short stay at Laurel Cottage, so close to all of Lincoln’s historic attractions. The cottage itself is simply, yet elegantly furnished. Ideal for small family trips. Catherine’s communication was friendly and almost instantaneous. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
