The hotel staff was nice. The room was generally clean, but could tell it hadn't been DEEP cleaned in some time. Bed was comfy, but the pillows were not. The jacuzzi worked but the cold handle kept falling off. I'm not a fan of the mirrors going all the way around the jacuzzi as well. One TV had a remote, but the other did not.

Property seems to be under construction. Lobby was bare of furniture and full of paint splashes on all floor surfaces. At check in, we were informed there was no pool open and there would be no breakfast served. These two things were ok as we didn't have our kids with us however we would've enjoyed coffee and something small in the am. The halls smelled strong of spices (curry?) for cooking. Not sure why. The room was in horrible condition. 2 thermostats in 1 room, 2 refrigerators in one room (1plugged in 1 not), no working safety lock, stained towels, tv remote didn't work and window sheers were shredded, carpet had holes in it, couch was embedded with something and needed desperately to be cleaned and sheets were clean (yay!) but freyed. Clerk asked how everything was at check out and I reported the safety lock. I decided not to go into all the issues as it seems they're fine with the state of the property. We will never be back.

Hotel is in mid-Reno but this was not noted on Expedia. We paid $200CAD and there was no breakfast or pool even though it was advertised. Not at all satisfied.

This property has been under renovation for 5 years. I was not made aware of this at booking 2 months prior. The place was covered in drywall dust, ice machines inoperable, wires where smoke/fire alarms should be, mattresses stacked in the lobby. My room was reasonably clean, but no toiletries.The place was downright spooky with some hallways closed off. I don't think anyone else was staying there. The property is in a bad neighborhood with people selling and using drugs in the parking lot. Strong Marijuana odor in the lobby whe we came back down to checkout. We DID NOT STAY!!!! DO NOT stay at this property.

Pool closed. No breakfast. There was half eaten ribs and corn in garbage in our room when we arrived. Bedding was not changed and had stains all over it. Window cracked with tape hold it together. Hotel under construction. No ice in ice machines and vending machines did not work.

Front desk staff members were very nice and helpful. Though the location was under construction, it didn't interfere with my stay there. I think with the recent change of ownership/name and the construction, there is some confusion about what amenities were available or not but it was still a good place to stay for me personally.

Once we were checked in, we were told there was no breakfast services available or pool. We had not been notified of this prior to our checkin. We were disappointed because we then had to make extra plans for obtaining breakfast before our conference. We stayed four nights. On day 2 we requested clean towels and room service. We did not receive room service or the clean towels until the 4th night. This was unsatisfactory especially since we personally requested it at the front desk. Our room smelled of old cigarette smoke. The tub faucet was loose against the wall.

There was no pool open with nobody was notified about and there was a whole bunch of people in the lobby complaining about that when we arrived. There is no breakfast which they are advertised there is. They put us in a room that was in a construction area. Our other room was not ready or able to be in so they put us in a downgrade room and Said we get a discount gave us the money back and then retook it back out after we got home. They only gave two towels for a room that fits five people. Bring your own coffee if you like coffee because theirs is horrible. No offer of cleaning rooms new blankets or anything off that for a 3-day stay which sometimes it could be common but thought I'd put it out there. They're elevator is a little sketchy and feels like it's going to break when you're on it so be at aware of that. Our room door ran out of batteries during our stay there and had to get them changed out. The staff did help with the batteries and said that they were going to go with a refund but like I said they really didn't. They were friendly it was just the hotel policies that need to be worked on. Would I stay here again with my family probably not just because of the experience that I did experience during this time. The curtains were ripped and there looks like there was blood all over the walls. The sheets and everything.

The room was not bad, beds weren’t very comfortable, but the staff accommodated my needs. Everything is pretty dated but the price point reflects that. No pool or breakfast due to construction. The toilet had a ring that led me to believe it hadn’t been cleaned/ used in a while it was some type of sediment but overall not bad for the price.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been too. I travel for work and for the 500 hotels I’ve ever had to stay at, I’ve never had to leave a hotel until this one. -advertised continental breakfast and pool and had neither. Whole hotel was under renovations and was stated no where. Our towels in our room had fake eyelashes all over them, went to the main desk to ask for clean ones and the “clean ones” I got were covered in brown stains like someone just got done flossing in between their butt cheeks. The rooms were filthy and the hallways were under construction with no kind of blockade, very dangerous situations. I tried to ask for a refund and the lady at the counter kept saying that the manger was on a buisness call and I would have to wait a very long time. Mind you this was at 8:30pm. Do not got here. You will regret it.

Our room had no hot water, we upgraded to a suite and could not use the jacuzzi. There was neither any hot water to wash hands nor shower. When we contacted the front desk they told us we just needed to let the water run a little longer. The outlets didn’t work so we couldn’t charge our phones. I could continue to go on, no response from owner not happy at all

Upon check in, I was informed there was no breakfast service nor was the pool available. I was not happy but not a deal breaker. However when I open the door to my room there was an awful smell and stains on the bed covering. I immediately went back down and checked out.

We didn't end up staying pool was closed, they were not serving breakfast and the lobby was under construction. Online all amenities were listed. The front desk clerk told us when we walked in he seemed embarrassed.
