Very clean hotel, staff nice, only issues were the shower was luke warm and our room door handle was wonky...still they offered us another room but we made due with the hot tub which was hot in our room and slamming the door locked it. Would continue staying there for every GR concert we attend.

Pool area and fitness area were closed, to our disappointment. I'm glad my room had a whirlpool tub, which was clean with jets that worked great. We plan to return to this hotel the next visit to Grand Rapids MI

The breakfast was good with good variety. The staff was helpful and polite. Unfortunately the pool hot tub were under maintenance so they were not usable. At arrival they informed us of that and offered free cancelation for that reason.

Everyone at the property was very friendly. They seemed to be in the middle of a refresh so things were a bit out of sorts. The hot tub wasn't working properly & there was signs of construction on most floors. Thankfully the property was quiet at night.

We had a good stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only “issue” we had was the shower water didn’t really get hot and would just stay lukewarm, but not really that big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again.
