The hotel located literally 2 minutes from the Van Andel Arena. It is within walking distance from great eateries. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff is amazing. I loved the lobby rest rooms. Each stall was complete with its own wash bowl and privacy.

I did not use the amenities, but was in town to attend a conference at the convention center. It's very easy to get to (and I was trudging through pouring rain but was able to take an internal walkway almost the whole way). Restaurant options nearby and the hotel was clean, comfortable and staff courteous and helpful. Front desk clerk even gave me a supply of bandaids for my blistering feet!
