Great Stay for a Girls' Trip
This property has a great location. It is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We had a Girls' Trip with five adult women and all had a great time. We all agreed that we would stay at this VRBO again.

Great location and not bad accommodations
This condo is functional and has all the necessities. Would have been nice to have beach towels and needs a few basic, quick fixes ( lightbulbs replaced) but overall worth the price.

Grand Haven Getaway
Nice property, close to the beaches. Very spacious condo. Perfect for my wife who uses a power wheelchair for mobility. Wheelchair accessible vacation properties are difficult to find. This place works well for those physically challenged.

Great Stay
Short trip/stay but a good one. The condo building changed the way doors were accessed from the outside the day we arrived. The host was very responsive in communicating with us when we initially couldn’t get in. Once we got that figured out it was smooth sailing. Would stay again if I was in the area.

Family Memories
This was a perfect place for me to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my 5 older Sisters. It was clean and spacious; proximity to downtown, boardwalk, pier and dining was great; the elevator was perfect for my mobility challenged sisters. An area of improvement is maintenance; hideaway couch bed was broken and couch uncomfortable, garbage disposal was broken and recessed light in kitchen flickered the entire time, kitchen facet leaked greatly and plumber had to replace. If paying full prime price, expectation is that unit is well maintained.

Roomy condo with large bathroom
Very comfortable stay for my 3 friends and me. Nice kitchen, big closet for our suitcases, a big bathroom, and another full bath. We loved being just a short drive from the lake. It was nice to have a coffee shop next door.

Perfect Place
We loved this space - perfect for my family and my son who’s in a wheelchair. Very easy process and very clean and comfortable place. Also the perfect distance to soccer in the sand. We wish it wasn’t booked for next year already but hope to find another place owned by the same people.

Grand Haven is a favorite doe our family
This is the 2nd year we’ve rented this same condo. It suited our needs and is close to downtown - a short walk. We’ll for sure look to rent in the area again. The accommodations at this condo were great. The only suggestion would be possibly a new mattress in the large bedroom (the one without the Master bath ) Otherwise great accommodations.

Thanks for your review. We actually just replaced that mattress with a $700 mattress. It should be great for guests.

Nice place
The condo was in a great location and very spacious. Our only problem was with one of the beds. It was extremely uncomfortable. This was previously mentioned by other guests. I hope it gets replaced immediately. Otherwise great stay.

Soccer in the Sand accomadations
Our daughter played in the Soccer in the Sand event, so we were gone all day Saturday and Sunday. This place was perfect for us. The decorating was well done, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness when we arrived. We were grateful to have the washer and dryer accomadtions. We got soaked coming home on Saturday. The area and surrounding neighbors were very quiet. My only recommendation is to update the bed in the back room. It has been commented on before and not addressed. My two girls slept in this room and did not sleep comfortably. The bed was the only major complaint. Some of the bath towels could use replaced, but otherwise, everything was spot on. We would consider staying next year if the bed gets replaced. We never had to communicate with the host. All the directions were well explained.

Great Getaway
The place was clean and well appointed. The complex had plenty of parking and was an easy walk or drive to town. Loved having a few restaurant choices right there. The Paisley Pig was delicious! My only complaint was that the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was extremely uncomfortable-it almost felt like we were on an air mattress. We had to switch beds with our kids the 2nd night. This was the only downside so we would stay again.

Nice, Roomy Condo Near Many Things
We had a nice family get together at this nice condo in Grand Haven. It is only a mile from downtown and the beach and was very comfortable. Only suggestions are there is not a Keurig or shampoo (as is advertised) and the closets could use some hangers. Thanks!
