Det eneste minus var der var kun et vindue der kunne åbnes så det var svært at lufte ud og der var ikke rigtigt noget ventilation der kørte/virkede i lejligheden eller badeværelse, så luften var tung og meget varm. Der var dog to gulv ventilatorer de hjalp lidt. lejligheden var godt lydisolerede i forhold til udefra kommende støj. Rommene var godt organisert, og beliggenheten var praktisk. Men én viktig ulempe var at det manglet skikkelig ventilasjon eller kjøling på rommene, og det ble altfor varmt, spesielt siden ikke alle rom hadde vinduer. Det var så varmt at det var vanskelig å få sove om natten.
