There's no aircon (so I maybe wouldn't recommend it for the summer months, though our window did open), and there was extremely loud music with very drunk students shouting along to the music until 1am in the back courtyard on the Tuesday night, but it was quiet the rest of our stay. Breakfast provided everything needed, and it was a good location with loads of great restaurants and things to do on the doorstep, and being 15 min walk from the central station.
