It is a bit out of the way but treat it more like retreat in a quite place, better to get there by car and they have plenty of free parking. Rooms are clean and big with all amenities being practical. Lot of games for kids to play hence they would never want to leave the hotel, and must say all those areas are well maintained as well. Staff are very professional and helpful. Wellness area is ok but it can get a bit crowded as it is open for hotel and outside guests I believe. Tried only breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good with plenty of choices.

Großartiger Ort. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, Spa Feeling ĂŒberall. Das Spa sucht seinesgleichen, man braucht schon 4 Stunden um alle Pools, Sauna etc. Zu besuchen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Restaurant. Schöne Außenanlagen. Es liegt im Hafen, nicht zentral. Wenn man mit Auto anreist ein absoluter Volltreffer.

Hotellet var hyggeligt og hotel personalet var venlige og hjÊlpsomme. Specielt et tak til Stina, som er receptionist! For hendes omsorg, service og interesse for os som gÊster. Spa opholdet er ALT for dyrt! To af saunaerne virkede ikke og ingen skiltning omkring dette. Samtidig var spa personalet enormt uvenlige og pÄ ingen mÄde service minded. Der var sprog barriere, sÄ en booking tog lang tid.. Spa omrÄdet var okay, der manglede informationer omkring de forskellige pools og lign, pÄ ingen mÄde pengene vÊrd.

Ett mycket fint och frĂ€scht hotell! Vi tog en natt efter Liseberg hĂ€r och blev överraskade över massagefĂ„töljerna, biljarden och pingisbordet med mera! Min son ville inte gĂ„ och lĂ€gga sig😅 Det Ă€r ett stort hotell med stora sĂ€llskapsytor sĂ„ man hittar sin egen soffa eller fĂ„tölj om man vill att bara sitta och ta det lugnt! Rummet var frĂ€scht och tyst. Frukosten mycket bra, fanns mycket att vĂ€lja pĂ„ och gott om plats i den rymliga matsalen som Ă€r lika frĂ€sch som övriga hotellet. Vi var ju bara hĂ€r över natten men kan nog sĂ€ga att det var ett av de bĂ€sta vi övernattat pĂ„!
