The spa is quite nice but the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom is super tiny in our room.

Far away from everything except the industrial port all around. If you just want to stay here and don't have your own ride it's great.Not a backpackers place by any stretch.

Liegt im Industriegebiet und hat keinen Zugang zum Meer. Gute Parkplatzsituation , Hotel ok. Kleine Zimmer. Spa habe ich nicht benutzt. War auch nicht included.

Fantastiskt hotell som jag och min sambo kommer att åka tillbaka till! Tyvärr var extra sängen till barnen under all kritik. Den var så obekväm och hård att de knappt kunde sova under natten och de bärbara elva och tolv år. Detta kan förmodligen avhjälpas med ett par ordentliga madrasser ovanpå bäddsoffans egen madrass, något jag skickar med som ett tips. I övrigt var allt fantastiskt fint och vi är väldigt nöjda med vistelsen. Ett extra plus till er otroligt trevliga personal, både i receptionen och restaurang / bar!

Wow asså allting har gått så smidigt börjar med reception personalen var enkla med ha att göra och såg till att vi fick den servicen vi behövde. Så drack vi lite på kvällen och där vi fick uppleva service minded personal som såg till att vi fick hjälp när vi behövde. Så kommer vi till Arken’s frukost som är i ypperligt klass där man får välja ifrån varm mat, kall skuret och man blir mätt och belåten och självklart ska personalen ha cred för att alltid såg till att hålla rent runtomkring och att bord finns till hands till nästa grupp som kommer. Sedan var vi på spa efter rekommendation och det var helt underbart och grabben som äntligen får vara med i spa var väldigt nöjd. Efteråt så kände vi oss lite små hungrig och fick prata med Kathy (restaurang) som kunde stark rekommendera brunchen i deras restaurang och jag kan härmed intyga att arken’s brunch buffet är grym och håller topp klass asså vad mer kan du kräva när i stort sätt allting man behöver finns i buffén liksom förrätt kunde man göra sin egen Caesar sallad eller vilken typ av sallad man vill till varmrätt fick man välja mellan babyback ribs, kyckling wings, lax och all dess tillbehör och sedan till efterrätt så kan man välja mellan att göra egen belgisk våfflor eller så hade man möjlighet att smaka olika typer av bakelser, pannacotta var underbar, frukt och framför allt hade dom chocklad fondue. Så stort tack till Kathy som är var grym och väldigt service minded med att presentera deras olika maträtter. Så Tack Arken
