"The staff were friendly and beds comfortable. Carpet in our room was in poor condition unfortunately being threadbare in parts but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was pretty good quality just beware that some items on menu are additional cost which are marked."

"I was in room 20 which is at the very top in the eaves, which was dark with only a skylight with blinds that didn't open, there is a small window in the room which is covered by some cloth. The Bathroom window stills need painting. At the time of booking it did state that there was on site parking which was not true which has been been removed, there is a car park down the road which you can. The hotel can sell you parking permits. Also when I booked it also stated that there is a full English breakfast, Sorry it's not, They offer a continental breakfast or a vegetarian or vegan breakfast. One good thing about this hotel is that it is only 5 minutes away from the centre. "

"We were surprised at how good this hotel was. Fab staff, lovely room with stadium view, great breakfast and brill location for Norwich city. We stayed with our dog and would definitely recommend and return. "
