House is exactly as shown in the pics - immaculate -- with unexpected beautiful views from not only the family room (with huge expanse of glass including out onto the patio) but also from the master and from the kitchen. The setting at the end of the street means you get both water and headline views, with nothing in between, and walk directly unto the headland trails. Big kitchen, big dining...

"So pleased Thalassa was available, just our thing. Felt like we were staying at a kindly relative's house rather than your standard slick rental (in a good way). Walked, feasted locally, played board games. So busy in the day and so tired at night that teenagers didn't complain about lack of wifi, fantastic! Mobile signal was excellent. "As a family we absolutely adore St Ives and have been visiting for over ten years in all seasons. To find accommodation as lovely as this cottage made our stay even more brilliant. We checked in very easily and were greeted with a clean and lovely cottage (& a cute welcome basket of goodies) The decor and furnishings were lovely with a real Cornish feel. We have a dog and have previously stayed in houses to find the smell of the previous visitors to still be lingering... We were really pleased...

The location is really spectacular - right on the cliff top overlooking the sea, remote but still within walking distance of the village. "My family and I had an amazing stay in Anne's superb cottage. Everything was as explained and the layout of the cottage is super cute but also spacious. Anne was one of the best Host's - so accommodating, friendly and responsive. She really is fantastic. Yes, the parking is a little tricky with a big car but its totally doable and worth it. "Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."
