KEY COLLECTION- The person making a booking must be present at key collection with our concierge or lock box. The key collection location is offsite, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the accommodation. Best collected on route to the accommodation. Details will be sent 30 hours before check-in day.

OCCUPANTS.- The total number of individuals staying on the premises during the lease term shall be a total of{{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the premises, this booking will be terminated by the host.

QUIET HOURS. - Please respect the neighbours, and keep noise to a minimum after 8pm, this includes music.

QUIET ENJOYMENT. -In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. We do not allow for hens/bucks or adult entertainment. A call out to the property due to a non-compliance of this policy will result in an instant eviction. No refund will be given.

CHILD SUPERVISION.- Please supervise children at all times inside and on balconies and in gardens.

FEES AND CHARGES.
- Please check out by 10am unless otherwise arranged, late check-outs may incur a fee charged immediately.
- If you have locked yourself out of the property a call out fee of $80 will apply.
- If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee up to $300 will apply.
- Smoking on the premises is prohibited. A fee will apply to have the property cleaned.
-A single trundle bed will be made up for the fifth guest. For bookings of four guests or fewer, the trundle bed is available upon request for an additional charge of $50.

ID.-A photo ID must be provided once booking is confirmed.
