Beautiful park located at waters edge. View of Tallebudgera Creek. Plenty of activities to keep little ones (under 5) very happy. Easy stroll to beach and surf club.

The location is amazing.. we had a wonderful family holiday. We stayed in a villa and our only issues were that the floors weren’t very clean.. if you were barefoot inside your feet would be black!! Also the beds moved every time you moved.. and the pillows were terrible as were the sheets that were multiple and didn’t fit properly.. no fitted sheets on the bottom and sheets in between blankets so the bedding was uncomfortable. Also the pool when advertised as heated should actually be warm enough to swim.. the kids went once and didn’t want to go back again as it was freezing!!!

Our priority is making sure all our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, so we really appreciate your valuable feedback regarding your stay in one of our villa’s. I have mentioned your comments to our housekeeping staff. We are in the process of changing the beds where required and the floors are cleaned thoroughly, however due to the nature of the park, the villa floors can easily get dirty. Both the lagoon and the adults only pools are heated to 28 degrees. The villas were very clean. The linen was fresh. The size of the villas are perfect for our family of 4. We loved it and will definitely be back. The only thing is our scooters got stolen from the balcony so lock your gear up!

We liked the close proximity to the water, and Tallerbudgera Creek, the accomodation was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice for the adults and the children.

It was a good stay but it was not what we thought we were booking going through the wotif site. Was very disappointed with wotif and the way they handle our concerns with our booking.

The room next to the loo. Mmm. Maybe be $5 night cheaper as everyone who went to the the loo or showered went through the door did what they did and went out the door “right next door” to me. The trees on the roof needed trimming so as not to scratch across it in the wind at night

So beautiful here. Such an amazing setting. From first contact staff were amazing. Everyone in park is happy and u can tell appreciates the scene. Great pool, park, activities and the beach is perfect 👌

Nice place but we had to see them on the morning of checkout to see if we could make a late checkout in lodge. Sort of defeats the perpose of late checkout if ur wanting to sleep in ..other tban that great

Loved our stay here in a 2 bedroom beachfront cabin. What an incredible location and the park has amazing amenities. Such a relaxing little trip away and the kids had a ball

The park lost the booking sent to them by Expedia due to a technical issue within the parks administration. The park could not honour the booking we had for a waterfront villa, and eventually after some lengthy telephone discussions ended up in a standard villa, with the promise of recompense. The compensation offered does not even equal the difference between what was booked and what was provided, but no management were available on any of the 4 days of our stay to assist with the issue. The park is in a beautiful spot, and the waterfront villas looked amazing, the standard villas were rather dated but clean and serviceable.

Booked months in advance. Villa assigned was not ideal confirguation for all our children, but manageable (noticed some villas had bunk rooms which would have been more suitable). Booked for 7 people but not enough towels/linen on arrival. Had to go back to reception, no issue suppling extra linen. Great park. Have caravaned there previously. Plenty in park and surrounds for families.

Uncomfortable bed, no free wi-fi - I have paid less for accomodation elsewhere and had free wi-fi. No wet weather activities available like books or board games for kids.

We had been to a wedding in Coolangatta . We are from Caloundra . We were heading home and for some reason decided to look you up and stay a couple of nights. My mum and dad in their 80”s sold a waterfront home they lived in for 30 years. So taking them back to wake up on the water again was just great. We will defently be back

When we first checked into our waterfront villa I was a little disappointed. It was a little old and dingy. Upon arriving we found that the beds were unmade and upon further inspection found our room had not been cleaned. I phoned reception and they moved us to a newly renovated waterfront villa. Much nicer assuming they are the same price? Pool was great, kids loved it. Also loved exploring the water and the paddle board we hired (just from the beach down a little from the front of our villa) overall really enjoyed our short stay and would recommend. Could probably use more staff in office as seemed very busy and always a wait.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.
We arrived in our villa in the afternoon, we unpacked and it started to rain. And it rained all night but we were cosy! Waking up to beautiful sunshine and a nice view over the river. We spent 2 days walking in the Nat. Park nearby and the nearby beach. Lunch was with friends at the Surf Club in Burleigh Heads. Some of our friends were also staying in a caravan and we enjoyed Happy Hour at 5 o'clock every afternoon in our Villa.

I stayed here for 2 nights in a lodge room... The room was simple and enough for one person for a couple of nights. However there are 5 or 6 lodges to one main bathroom which was hard as there was a family staying next to me and would knock on the door every time I stepped in there so another bathroom would be good. And also my bed cover had abit of mould on the underside which when I showed hotel staff they promptly changed it and apologised. Other than that great location and friendly staff. Would stay again :)

Everything you want with a 2 year old
The facilities at Tally are really great and the location is perfect for water babies and their parents. Stroll along to the SLSC creek beach or out to the rock wall, or along the ocean beach, or around to the big playground near the surf club. Or just swim in the huge heated lagoon pool in the grounds of the Tourist Park, or swim in their creek enclosure, or build sandcastles under the shade sails at their little beach.

Nice view, nice room and polite staff. Breakfast buffet not as good as I expected. Dinner menu mostly western food. Should offer some fried rice or other variety foods for non western guest.
