"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. No outdoor lighting and slippery broken decking steps is a health and safety hazard. Another guest kept leaving the main door open, and one night I took my dog out in the night to...

"Lovely old hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful which is what would make me return. Food was very good but I felt quite pricey for certain items. Room was quite small for two sharing but we had everything we needed. Slippers and robes were a nice touch as were the biscuits. Coffee at breakfast was lovely. Shower tray was lethal, very slippy and I would recommend some sort of grippers be put down. A fridge to keep water bottles cold would have been appreciated especially as it was so hot when we stayed."
