"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Black Swan. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was pleasant and adequate for a short stay. Also, the breakfast very was good. I think that I might have already left a review about the fact that the stairs up to our room no. 58 are not very easy particularly on the second flight where the handrail is fixed to the wall so one can't grip it. Apart from that it was perfect."
