Had a nice stay but receptionist was rude
"The place is beautiful and the rooms are nice. However, I didn't not like behaviour of one receptionist at front desk. I just asked whether is there any lake view room available. She started with rudely telling no we are full and then she started telling, we have members who pays a lot of money so we give them those room first, and you just booked the room 10 days before. Our members have booked a year before.
Well I didn't want that information with so much rudeness and arrogance, a simple no would have worked.
On top of that, heater was not working in the main bedroom which we realised in night. after informing it reception they gave a spare electric heater and told it will be fixed next day morning. However, it was not fixed till we left the place which means for next 3 days.
Apart from these I have really enjoyed my stay."
"The property location is very picturesque. 20 mins walk to the town using the pathway along the canal. The dining restaurant has awesome views.
The only downside was the pool had too much chlorine. Otherwise the facilities were excellent."
"Welcomed with a smile, very quickly checked in. Room very clean, smelt fresh. Staff friendly in the bar. Grounds a little tired looking but obviously doesn’t affect stay. Will definitely stay again and would recommend."
