"Beautiful location on the beach helpful staff Beautiful room great shower"

"What a beautiful hotel. Fabulous room. Fabulous view. Fantastic massage from Alona. Delicious breakfasts. Amazing pool overlooking the beach. Would absolutely come back. My only comment is that it has gotten quite expensive. :("

"I liked that it was close to the beach."

"Good place for a short stay"

"Clean room, very good staff"

"Great location, very friendly staff."

"Unfortunately, the hotel handled both check-in and additional charges poorly. Check-in was slow and inefficient, and they were unable to process arriving guests in a timely way. More concerningly, they claimed certain extra tax charges were required by government law, yet applied the passport checks and charges inconsistently, requesting passports for all guests in only selected rooms while apparently treating comparable rooms differently. "Great location, very clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was fantastic. The front desk staff were all friendly and provided excellent service including offering me a beach towel and to hold my luggage pre-check in. A special thank you to Raghan, She was fantastic and one of the reasons I will return to this hotel."

"Great location nice hotel and staff"

"The staff were exceptional especially Boris who went out of his way to help make our honeymoon so special. It was great that we could use the Herbert Samuel pool, gym and breakfast was delicious"

"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful"

"The friendly and exceptional staff made my stay awesome"

"The Jewel is a true boutique hotel - great location, helpful staff, spotless rooms and a relaxing rooftop patio. The breakfast is fresh and tasty - though with a relatively small number of rooms, not the overly large quantities at larger hotels. The hotel was recently redone within the last five years I think and is being extremely well maintained. It is my to spot in Tel Aviv for the last three years and highly reccomend it."

"Great location amazing staff"

"This property is underrated. It has an excellent location, the rooms are very comfortable, and it is a fraction of the price of other hotels nearby. It's an excellent value."
