"Beautiful old building tastefully done up with a lot of flair. My bed was up some stairs from a lovely sitting area and all in a wonderful high ceilinged room with large window. Delicious breakfast across the way in sister hotel Palazzo Grillo. Staff went to huge trouble to make stay comfortable, booked a restaurant and then communicated with me via What's App. Overall excellent for both comfort and service. On a week's trip to Italy, this was by far the most comfortable bed."

"We had a nice stay. Staff was helpful, it's 5' walk from the aquarium and the Galata museum, very close to lots of local restaurants. Breakfaat was complete and super cheap (4€)."
