The man who works in the front desk is lovely and gave us such a warm welcome despite us arriving at midnight. Hotel is comfortable with a great location. Close to the port, a small minimart and cafe so had everything we needed. Very cool decor and nice, comfortable room. Good location but if you have a room at the back, prepare for late night noise and early morning traffic noise from harbor street. We were welcomed and nothing was too much effort to help to make our stay as good as it could be. The area itself is an easy walk from Genova P. principal, and it is perfectly located to walk to or access public transport to all the things you might want to do with children whilst staying in Genova. The room was clean and tidied up each day; and the aircon was very welcome during a warm October.
