"Relaxed atmosphere. Everything was kept clean, spotless inside our room aswell as around the resort. The staff were very friendly & made you feel welcome. We ate in all the restaurants & also had room service & the food was excellent. I had a lovely relaxing holiday but there was also the option for my 13 year old son to be entertained. "Everything about this villa was just perfect and it had absolutely everything we could need (and more) to enjoy a quiet & relaxing week in the sun. The villa is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Gennadi (about an hour’s drive from the airport) and a stone’s throw from a quiet beach, where the villa has two sets of sunbeds & umbrellas. There's a small supermarket and bakery in the village for all your basic needs (a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive from the villa) as well as a few local tavernas. The air conditioning throughout is very efficient and the furniture around the villa is comfortable. There's a nice bathroom with decent water pressure in the shower and the towels provided (both bath & pool) were good quality. The pool beds were comfortable and while the pool itself is quite small it's perfect for a dip to cool down when you feel yourself melting in the sun. There are various options for sitting outside (the roof terrace is lovely for watching the sunrise in the morning with a coffee) and the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. Katerina goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect during your stay. With all the little personal touches around the villa you can tell she wants to make sure her guests enjoy their stay as much as possible. The very generous welcome pack provided was much appreciated, again showing a lot of thoughtfulness from a great host. We had a wonderful holiday at this villa and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it."

"On outskirts of village but close enough to walk to the many great restaurants/bars nearby, grocery store and amazing beaches. Several pools to choose from and great views! Air conditioning worked very well. "

"Quiet villa, well furnished. Modern and clean. Enough kitchen equipment to make light meals. Landlord very obliging and informative. He checked on a few occasions that we had all we needed. The landlord did everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. The villa is suitable for a couple or a family with 2 children. Ideally, you need a car to be able to shop and go to the village tavernas."
