Moreover, there are many leaflets available at the reception to help you.Regarding the hand towel, ibis standards don't provide any hand towels in the room, only one size (big one) that's why we couldn't provide it to you. If you have any request, our staff is available 24/7 to meet your needs and expectations, do not hesitate to contact them. Then, you have all information about the shuttle service in all website and you receive an automatic message when you book your room with the schedule. that's why we communicate the information in advance to our guests, please have a look to the inbox.Finally, the breakfast is not include, you have the possibility to book with or without, as you choose a rate without, it's totally normal that it was not included.We hope tor regain your trust in the near future and better meet your needs.As we said previously, you can contact at anytime the reception if you need information.Best regards
