Explained everything perfectly and were even able to arrange early check in for us. Always said hello, generally great experience. Clean & Tidy Room, plenty of desk and cupboard space. Had a mini bar - we didn’t use so can’t comment on prices - but we were able to put our water in the fridge too. Comfortable bed. Noisy with the window open, due to the constant traffic from nearby train station. However we didn’t find it that distracting, sleeping with the window open most nights - expected this due to location anyway. Small but clean bathroom, had plenty of towels and toiletries. Great stay for the price. Offered breakfast & luggage storage too. Nice, clean hotel with daily room service and a spotless bathroom. The on-site restaurant made it convenient to have dinner without leaving the building. They also offer laundry service, which was a great bonus. The bed was comfortable, although it was a full size—we had expected a queen. Centrally located and easy to get around from. Overall, great service and a very clean stay.
