I have to say this was a wonderful experience. I came here form Texas and took my sisters here for a bridal getaway. The staff was AMAZING and extremely friendly and totally willing to make our stay wonderful. Even though the pool was closed due to a technical problem, they were willing to give us a free dinner as a compromise. The food was truly amazing and worth eating there. The location as beautiful and our whole experience was amazing.

"The staff was really friendly. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed it being so close to the train station and the pedestrian zone. One of the elevators was broken and we were there with a large group so that was a tiny bit unpleasant."

"Seit der Eröffnung 2005 buche ich dieses Hotel immer mal wieder, um Veranstaltungen in der Veltins Arena zu besuchen. Mittlerweile gab es ja schon einige Eigentümerwechsel.
