Many red-eared terrapin, once released by their owners, also inhabit Baldeneysee. They not only survive the German winters but continue to thrive here.

    After a short introduction, start your tour with the beautiful grounds of SeaSideBeach at Baldeneysee. Make your way around the whole reservoir and enjoy a tour through nature and along the water. Stop at the famous biker spot “Haus Scheppen” and enjoy a little pause for a snack.
