"Ceiling had lots of past water damage. Lock on room door was broke. They came and fixed it. Had to ask for the shampoo dispenser to be refilled. They did. Pool was outdated, full of leaves. It was early in the season for the pool. "

"Room had damage, but was clean. Having a pianist in the lobby every night was an incredibly nice touch and my kid absolutely loved the pool. It was much nicer than it looked in pictures, almost like a little water park. Great outdoor areas with fireplaces and plenty of places to go if one area is full. We enjoyed having a specialty coffee made for us in the lobby every morning as well as the convenience of the trolley coming right to the door and taking us around town! Will come stay again! "

"We stayed 3 nights which was pleasant & comfortable. Hotel was clean with kid friendly pools. Breakfast was excellent & the afternoon drinks/snacks was enjoyable as well. Our dog seemed comfortable & happy to have a short walk near by the creek. Location was great. Quiet & walkable to down town . Free red trolley stop was nearby. We took trolley to Anakeesta & Ripley’s aquarium. Mynatt park was walkable where our dog and kid had a fun in the creek . "

"Wifi worked good. Breakfast wasnt great and there were so many people i thought i was back at the school cafeteria. Location was great and it felt safe. Kept getting the overwhelming smell of weed when on our balcony but since its legal there i dont think theres much that can be done. We ended up not even going to the pool because we were doing other things. Parking can be an issue but they have overflow but we never had an issue. It was clean and location was perfect and thats all we needed!"

"No it wasn't set up for cooking in the room There was a restaurant on site , i would not recommend eating there , it was a terrible experience. My granddaughter ordered chicken strips and fries , the chicken was dripping grease , she did not eat them. My salad i order it with little to no cheese it was loaded like they put extra, i didn't eat it. And nev a drink refill. But they were on the ball ab bring the check."

"Perfect place to stay and walk the town. Parking was easy and the room was comfortable. Don’t hesitate to stay here."
