Beautiful hotel - good view of the city. Very large room - very clean. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. A tour bus parked outside my room one evening unloading passengers. They kept the engine running for over an hour. This was at 930 at night - too much noise from bus engine and passengers unloading. Ironing board broken.

Very nice place. I really enjoyed that is was close to everything and I could bring my dog with me . And for a property that allowed animals it was well kept clean and you wasn’t overwhelmed with the smell of dogs when u walked in your room you couldn’t even tell it was a pet friendly hotel . I will definitely be back

The property is dated the rooms could stand a major overhaul, wifi is slow, They are listed as pet friendly but hit you with a $100 non refundable pet fee at check in.

First off, upon arrival (4:45PM) we were told that our room was not ready. Our check in was at 4:00 PM. We went ahead and parked our vehicle and walked over to the strip to have dinner. Our room was ready at 6:30 that evening. We also had paid for River View Signature Queen Room which as advertised had a fireplace in the room. We did not get this room, we were given a standard queen room with river view. The room was not cleaned well, I had some clorox wipes in my vehicle that I brought in and my family cleaned the room. The curtains were messed up and we bent one of the hooks back in order to get it to work. The cold water was shut off at our sink, shower curtain rod was broke and would leak shower water on the bathroom floor, and the plate on the exterior door was bent and the lock would not work. I proceeded to fix all of these issues so that we could properly lock our door and not have water all over our bathroom. The room was in need of updating and could have used some pictures. The appliances were plugged into a surge protector and the lack of outlets made it hard to charge cell phones in a convenient location. The room was really only worth $65-$80, and we spent $138.99 for two of the week nights and $269.00 for the weekend nights. I would not recommend staying here until they get this place back together like it should be. The staff was friendly and acted as if they were short staffed and wanted to help but just could not.
