"Location is beautiful and great spot for beautiful views of the Smokey mountains. Beds were comfortable. Space was comfortable. Hotel is aged and in terms of cleanliness was average. It is in the wilderness and bugs etc are to be expected on balcony. Hotel did warn of little bugs and to let them know. Pool is wonderful for kids. Bears in parking lots which was exciting to see but take their warnings about protecting your vehicle and be aware of surroundings. This was a highlight of our trip! I recommend this location."

"Everything about our trip was awesome! The only thing I would complain about is that the breakfast is the same everyday. If your there for a couple nights it's not a issue but we were there for a week. I definitely will be coming back there next year when we come back!"
