Based on the choice of our owners, dogs are allowed in "pet-friendly" cabins only, no cats or any other animal. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per pet-friendly cabin. Pet size is limited to 50lbs per pet. All pets must be leashed at all times or kenneled when left alone in the cabin. Pet owners are responsible for the cleaning up of any pet refuse. Pet fee does not cover additional cleaning that cabin may need after check-out; the guest is responsible for any extra cleaning charges. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations as well as flea and tick preventative medications. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. If a pet is found in any of our units that do not allow pets a fee of $250 will be charged to the guest, your reservation may be cancelled, and your party may be evicted without refund.

Great cabin

The cabin was very clean and well maintained. Just as described in the listing.Great location near Gatlinburg but out of the crowds. Near a grocery store, gas station and fantastic sandwich shop! We would stay here again.

This was our first family vacation together and we had so much fun! The cabin is in the perfect location away from the traffic but just close enough so your not to far away! Overall it was such a fun trip for us!

Howdy from the Windy City

We had the most magical time on our long weekend friends trip. It was great for the adults and kids. We saw a mama bear and her two little cubs several times, which was an experience of a lifetime. One of the most beautiful properties in which we have ever stayed, that is poorly poorly mismanaged. The security system control box beeped once per minute as soon as we checked in. We called the management company, which was very easy to communicate with, and they sent a maintenance man to take care of it while we were out for dinner. We came back. It was still beeping so we did not sleep well that night, think of a smoke detector needing batteries. The next morning we called back and were told the maintenance man was there 15 minutes and never heard it. Either the maintenance man was lying or he was deaf, but they made it sound like we were lying. That is no good. He came back out and was not able to turn it all the way off, but he did turn the volume down to such a level that it was no longer an issue. We did not know there was a Keurig K cup coffee maker or we would have brought the cups, we knew there was a drip brew coffee maker, so we brought everything for that, but the coffee maker was missing a part we did not know about, and as a result, the coffee maker vomited Both times we tried to make coffee with it. We went and bought the K cups, and it was not a problem, however, when we called to report the problem with the coffee maker, we were told again kind of like we were lying, or we didn’t know how to make coffee, because no one in the history of that property I’ve ever had a problem with the coffee maker.I’m a retired police officer and marine and have made coffee.
