You’re close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and even the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. With stunning views off the covered porch and easy access to the indoor pool and hot tub, this is the perfect place to enjoy everything the area has to offer without ever needing to get in your car.

Getting Around:
The condo is easily accessible via all paved roads and features on-site parking. While most downtown attractions are walkable, we recommend having a vehicle if you plan to visit the national park or head into the mountains. As always, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended in the Smokies during winter or heavy rain.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo
• Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests
• Gas fireplace is seasonal (typically October–March)
• Coffee maker is both Keurig and drip—please bring your favorite coffee and filters
• Located on the 5th floor with elevator access
• Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round (subject to HOA maintenance schedule and availability)
• Bears and wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed them and secure belongings and vehicles at all times
