Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the cleanest, most gorgeous rental! The hot tub and pool was just what we needed for a most relaxing vacation. I especially loved the glass garagecstyle doors that allowed us to bring the outdoors in. I will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the house was very clean inside and beautiful. There was a “miscommunication “ about the pool. I even spoke to a person over the phone and then was sent a how to use guide for the pool. Upon arrival the pool was unusable. I was informed it was out of season. This was never expressed to me and why send me a how to use the safety measures if I can’t even get in it because it is “ out of season “. Although several other outdoor pools were open in the area. I paid for an amenity I could not use. While also being led to believe it was available. It’s been a week.. I’m still waiting on them to contact me about my complaint.
