Everything was perfect! The views from the balcony are memorizing. The breakfast and staff excellent. I would go to Gatlinberg just to stay at this hotel for a week for just rest and relaxation.

Beautiful room with many amenities and very good free breakfast in morning. Staff was awesome and great location. Everything walking distance from lodge. Overall experience was great! Will return in summer weather for outdoor pool! My daughter and I had a blast.

Loved the back balcony overlooking the creek. The staff at checkout were very helpful and accommodating when we needed to go back into the room to get a forgotten item. Also loved Louie the parrot.

Outdated and kind of like an old motel 6. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Downtown Gatlinburg is within walking distance. Room was clean and quiet but needed updating.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was very welcoming and the property was very well kept. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and the view from the balcony was phenomenal. Would definitely go back!
