We loved our stay. The staff was great and very helpful. Food was excellent all 3 mornings. It was great to be able to bring our fur baby. It was probably the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. And, the view of the mountains…. Amazing!!! We hated that we did not get to stay for our last night due to needing to get home before the hurricane same in.

Very quiet & peaceful hotel. Close to the LeConte Convention Center. The down side of our stay was the air conditioning unit was within arm lengths of my face when in bed which made it impossible for me to use the a/c during the night. Difficulty in regulating the room temperature. Be aware of room configuration.

Our room setup and space for the price was reasonable. However, the cleanliness of the room was not great. There were cheetos and crumbs under the pillows on the sofa bed. There was a piece of clothing left from previous guest behind the dresser in the room. The linen for sofa bed smelled of someone's funky arm pit. The staff was apologetic but because it was late at night linens and pillows were limited or non existent. We ended up checking out 2 days early and going to stay at Tempo hotel thats right next door. That was last Wednesday and I'm still waiting for my refund from Expedia.

The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell. I did go back to the front desk to request for the maid to clean our room the areas that where not cleaned out from what I believe was from them rushing to be out so we can check in. I waited about 45mins and no maid came. I took it upon my self to clean the areas and boy the white towel I used was filthy afterwards. Beside that everything was well, the rest of the room was clean. Minus a few areas they didn't properly vacuum.

A nice quite hotel that was within 4 mins of the major activities and restaurants. They provided breakfast and a kick back meal in the late afternoon! I wish the pool was a little bigger but there were only a handful of people in it so it wasn't crowded at all! We had no problem parking and overall it was a great stay and a nice room!
