"Everything was great other than communication for check in. The link I was sent was broken and the host never responded to phone calls or voice messages or emails to give us the information. We managed to find the actual property by identifying it from photos, we then had to phone around to get the key code as we sat outside the property. This needs to be improved "

"Fantastic park best holiday park we have been on in a long time. The owners couldnâ€™t do enough to help, anyway they could . The lodges were so spacious and very well presented and comfortable. We really enjoyed the added benefits of the hot tub which was so nice to be able to relax watching the stars . The park was so lovely and quiet, nice to spend our 29th wedding Anniversary. it was so lovely to be greeted by the ducks in the morning waiting to be fed. Such a tranquil park canâ€™t...

"Fantastic accommodation that provides everything you need for a girls weekend away. Beautifully furnished (Hamptons feel) with perfect entertaining space inside and out. Hot tub was a great addition to use day and evening. Lots of comfy seating to relax on for the 6 of us. Surrounding area is beautiful to visit and for walks. Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful weekend."

"The property was clean, however it was very dated, old shower, rusted shower, door handles throughout made lots of noise as did floor, so if anyone had to get up during the night all of the others sleep would be disruptive, hot tub had no heat options, and a lodge with hot tub that wants to charge extra £10 for bath robe, ...... really disappointing start to stay, pity no washing machine so all dirty clothes had to be kept in cases, had to use a knife to open freezer door as the handle on...

"Great location with just the 4 lodges next to a small manmade lake. Trees all around and blackberries to pick. Just 15 mins away from York so ideal base. Shower is amazing!"
